Desktop customer support provided in English and Portuguese language via e-mails, chat, phone
Requirements
Fluent English and Portuguese, Intermediate+ (B2) level and higher is required
Mac troubleshooting experience
0.5+ year experience in Support
Good communication skills
Experience in business correspondence
Proactive position, strong sense of empathy with customers
Experience with Mac, GSuite, Okta, Slack
Responsibilities
Answer calls
Respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Mac troubleshooting issues
Provide customers with timely resolution of technical issues
Establish remote sessions to assist customers with the troubleshooting
Maintaining of clients systems
Answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of the system
Preparing description documentation for new features
Creating of knowledge database
